1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
Peak Season (Holidays / New Year):
During high-demand times, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee for all orders, regardless of location.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we partner with fulfillment centers around the world, delivery times can vary based on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking Information:

If tracking details do not update immediately, rest assured your package is still on its way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, we use a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping method.
What This Means:

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

While customs fees are rare for smaller items, they may apply based on the regulations of your country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@hellopes.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items:

If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a free replacement.
Lost in Transit:

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
