Items returned without prior authorization and a return label will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
